Things sure have changed in female hockey over the years, and for the better. Hockey Nova Scotia has proven itself to be a leader in player development strategy and we’ve been well represented nationally and internationally in both the men’s and women’s games at all levels.

The long term grass roots plan is moving in the right direction as well. I’ve had the pleasure of working over the years with some of the fine young female talent from this province through my Boulton Hockey Skating Schools and as part of the minor hockey development system. I’m hoping the female game continues to gain momentum.

If you want to be a part of the female hockey evolution in Nova Scotia for the upcoming 2016-2017 season, you must be entered into the central registry by July 1st.
