This past NSJHL weekend saw some great results proving once again that any team can win on any given night.
Of the 10 games played since last Monday, only two of them were decided by more than 2 goals, and both of those were only 3 goal games.
Cole Harbour alone was involved in 2 one goal games that couldn’t have been more different. The first was an 8-7 win over Pictou, which they followed up with a 2-1 come from behind victory in Sackville.
Liverpool tallied 5 goals to beat Antigonish on Friday, but managed just 1 goal the very next night in a loss to Cumberland.
Just two wins separate 2nd place from 6th place in the Fred Fox Division and just two POINTS separate 2nd place from 4th place in the Sid Rowe Division. Also in the Sid Rowe, three teams are tied with 8 points apiece.
It’s very much anybody’s guess around the NSJHL.
